The Team
My name is Ka’Nethia Garvin. I’m a U.S. Army veteran and a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with over 7 years of experience in the medical field. I also hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, along with a second Master’s degree with concentrations in Healthcare Management and Entrepreneurship.
I started Veteran Entitlement LLC because I understand how confusing, stressful, and frustrating the VA process can be for many veterans. Too often, veterans are underrated simply because they don’t know how to properly present their conditions, explain their symptoms, or submit the right supporting evidence. My mission focuses on empowering veterans to navigate this complex system more effectively.
With my medical background and education, I’m able to review records, break down medical evidence, connect the dots, and help build claims that truly reflect what’s going on. My expertise in criminal justice, healthcare management, and entrepreneurship also enables me to understand documentation, advocacy, and the importance of handling every claim with structure and attention to detail.

One-Time Service Fee
The one-time service fee covers one comprehensive claim strategy, including any viable new claims, increased rating claims, supplemental claims, and Higher-Level Reviews identified during the service period. If an initial claim action does not result in at least a 20% increase, Veteran Entitlement LLC may continue pursuing other viable claim options until a 20% increase is secured, all viable claim options have been exhausted, or the client elects to discontinue services.
For veterans beginning services below a 90% disability rating, services are considered complete once Veteran Entitlement LLC successfully secures at least a 20% increase in disability compensation. Any additional representation requested after a successful 20% increase will require a new Service Agreement and service fee.
Veterans beginning services at a 90% disability rating are subject to the Special Policy for Veterans Rated at 90%.
Conditional Money-Back Guarantee
If no increase is granted after all viable claim options have been explored and all associated claims have been fully adjudicated by the VA, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. A 40% administrative and service fee will be retained.
