Veteran Entitlement LLC is committed to identifying, developing, and pursuing all viable claim avenues available to each client. This may include new claims, increased rating claims, supplemental claims, higher-level reviews, and other appropriate actions based on the veteran’s individual circumstances and supporting evidence.
While no specific outcome can be guaranteed, Veteran Entitlement will continue claim development and support until all viable claim options have been fully explored.
Veterans beginning services at a 90% disability rating require a more extensive claims strategy due to the Department of Veterans Affairs’ combined rating calculations. In many cases, a veteran’s actual combined rating may be significantly below the 95% threshold required for a schedular 100% disability rating. As a result, obtaining a 100% Permanent & Total (P&T) rating often requires additional claim development, multiple conditions, increased evaluations, supplemental claims, Higher-Level Reviews, or other viable avenues of entitlement.
Because of this increased complexity, Veteran Entitlement LLC provides continued claim development and support for veterans beginning services at a 90% disability rating.
Veteran Entitlement LLC will continue identifying and pursuing all viable claim options until one of the following occurs:
• The veteran achieves a 100% disability rating; or
• All viable claim options have been fully explored and exhausted.
While no specific outcome can be guaranteed, Veteran Entitlement LLC is committed to providing continued claim development due to the unique challenges associated with increasing a veteran from 90% to 100%.
The Refund Policy below remains applicable.
The one-time service fee covers the development and pursuit of a comprehensive claim strategy, including all appropriate new claims, increased rating claims, supplemental claims, and Higher-Level Reviews identified during the initial evaluation of the veteran’s case.
For veterans beginning services below a 90% disability rating, services are considered complete once Veteran Entitlement LLC successfully secures at least a 20% increase in the veteran’s disability rating.
Any future claims, increased rating requests, supplemental claims, Higher-Level Reviews, or additional representation requested after a successful 20% increase will require a new Service Agreement and a new service fee.
Veterans beginning services at a 90% disability rating are governed by the Special Policy for Veterans Rated at 90% outlined above.
Veteran Entitlement LLC is committed to pursuing all viable claim avenues on behalf of its clients.
If, after all viable claim options have been explored and all associated claims, supplemental claims, and Higher-Level Reviews have been fully adjudicated and closed by the Department of Veterans Affairs, the veteran does not receive at least a 20% increase in disability compensation, the veteran may be eligible for a refund.
In such cases, Veteran Entitlement LLC will retain a 40% Administrative and Service Fee to cover services already rendered, including but not limited to:
• Comprehensive medical record review
• Claim strategy development
• Medical evidence analysis
• Identification of primary, secondary, and aggravated conditions
• Document preparation
• VA forms assistance
• Individualized C&P examination preparation guides
• Consultations and ongoing claim support
• Administrative processing
• Other professional services performed throughout the claims process
The remaining 60% of fees paid will be refunded to the client.
Refund eligibility is contingent upon the client’s full participation throughout the claims process, including:
• Attending all scheduled C&P examinations
• Providing requested documentation in a timely manner
• Responding to Department of Veterans Affairs correspondence when necessary
• Complying with all VA requirements throughout the duration of services
If a client voluntarily elects to discontinue services before all viable claim options have been fully explored, Veteran Entitlement LLC will retain the 40% Administrative and Service Fee, and the remaining 60% of fees paid will be refunded.
To ensure the best possible outcome, clients agree to:
• Provide complete, truthful, and accurate information regarding their military service, medical history, and claimed conditions.
• Promptly provide any records or documentation requested by Veteran Entitlement LLC.
• Attend all scheduled Department of Veterans Affairs Compensation & Pension (C&P) examinations.
• Respond to Department of Veterans Affairs correspondence and requests in a timely manner.
• Notify Veteran Entitlement LLC of any VA decisions, correspondence, examinations, or updates received throughout the claims process.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may delay claim development and may affect eligibility for the Conditional Money-Back Guarantee outlined in the Refund Policy.
Veteran Entitlement LLC does not guarantee any specific disability rating, percentage increase, or outcome. All claim decisions are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs based on the evidence of record and applicable law.
